50 minute Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Session These sessions provide support for your plant medicine or psychedelic journey. In preparation, we focus on creating a solid foundation by clarifying your intentions, addressing any fears or uncertainties, and preparing you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. After your experience, integration sessions help you process insights, navigate challenging emotions or sensations, and reconnect with daily life without losing the transformative impact. Together, we explore ways to embody the teachings and create meaningful, lasting changes in your life. These session are offered in-person or virtually, anywhere in the world.
